Helen is a highly experienced and dedicated Operations and Quality & Risk Manager.
With over 16 years of working in the staffing and recruiting industry, Helen loves what she does. As her title suggests she is adept at handling multiple projects across various parts of the business.
At Medical Directions, Helen oversees all operational activities in a collaborative team environment, manages activities associated with quality, risk, compliance issues, procedures, standards, determining in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications, assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are all met.
Helen never shy’s away from a challenge and enjoys working with all members of the Medical Directions Team. In her spare time, she can be found spending time with her family and friends or reading a good book.

Lake McKenzie on Fraser Island QLD holds wonderful memories for Helen. The huge freshwater lake is clear and set against natural beauty and is the perfect spot for swimming... making for an unforgettable experience;
Zakynthos, Melissani Lake and Skopelos Island.... yes all beautiful islands in Greece and where parts of Mamma Mia! were filmed, are all on Helens bucket list... which she hopes to tick off during her trip home in 2024;
Crispy Chicken Parmigiana is one of Helens favourite dishes to order when easting out. At home she can't go past her specialty, Moussaka... a Greek disk with layers of eggplant, potatoes and lamb topped with a creamy parmesan béchamel sauce... YUM;
Helen listens to a wide variety of music at home and enjoys seeing live bands. Having grown up on Rock and Blues, anything by the Rolling Stones. Pink Floyd, INXS, Van Morrison and Fleetwood Mac will get Helen grooving.
