$1000 Locum Referral Reward

The referee must be an existing member of the Medical Directions or Ochre Recruitment network.
The referred candidate must be an AHPRA registered doctor, who hasn’t been previously introduced to, or worked for Medical Directions.
The reward is delivered once the referred doctor works 10 shifts with Medical Directions within 3 months of joining the network.
All referral rewards are at the discretion of Medical Directions, a division of the Ochre Group.

$1000 Permanent Referral Reward

The referee must be an existing member of the Medical Directions or Ochre Recruitment network.
The referred candidate must be an AHPRA registered doctor, who hasn’t been previously introduced to, or worked for Medical Directions.
The reward is delivered once the referred candidate is placed into a permanent role and passes the 3 month probation period.
All referral rewards are at the discretion of Medical Directions, a division of the Ochre Group.
